Consultation involves providing information or support to help an individual, group, or organization in achieving a goal or hoped outcome. Example Consultation Topics:
- Developmental issues in childhood, and adolescence
- Preparation for school and/or college
- Discussions about gender with friends and family
- Privacy and disclosure
- Making informed medical decisions
- Planning for significant life events
- Safety issues
- Legal rights and options (including name and gender marker changes)
